You can start from scratch or alternatively you may have an existing piece of jewellery you no longer wear that we can remodel.   Often jewellery which has been inherited or handed down from previous generations has precious sentimental meanings but is simply not your style.  By redesigning it you can enjoy wearing a unique piece that still retains its very own special meaning.
